Graduated high school from Fajardo Academy in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
Decided to become an attorney to protect his family after his father was unjustly terminated from his work due to his age and his family had a hard time finding an attorney.
After high school moved to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, in State College, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law and a Business Minor, where he received The Pennsylvania State University Superior Academic Achievement Award, The Pennsylvania State University Dean’s List Recognition, and The Puerto Rican Student Association’s Academic Performance Award.
Graduated from Duquesne University School of Law, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a Juris Doctorate’s degree, where he worked in both the main university library and law school library.
Completed a trial court clerkship with the Honorable Judge John A. Zottola, in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, during his second year in law school.
Worked as a certified legal intern at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, Investigative Unit, where he was allowed to conduct court hearings while still in law school.
Admitted to practice law in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Worked at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as a criminal prosecutor, where he completed various courses at The Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute, including Basic Prosecutor’s Course and Prosecuting Homicide Cases.
Worked at the Lehigh County Public Defender’s Office as a criminal defense counsel, where he completed the Pennsylvania Defender Trial Skills Training at The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
